Record-Setting Coverage Fuels Successful Month for Internet Broadcasting

According to data released recently by Nielsen/NetRatings, Internet Broadcasting's number of unique visitors in November jumped nearly 20 percent from October.

Internet Broadcasting's one-month increase in viewers was the second highest, and was one of only four double-digit increases among the top 20 U.S. online news brands.

Propelled by its in-depth coverage of many key races and real-time results for more than 64,000 races nationwide during the November general election, Internet Broadcasting set all-time, single-day traffic records for page views (24.8MM), "Politics" page views (4.8MM) and unique visitors (3.5MM).

The visitor total represents an aggregation of users across Internet Broadcasting's national platform of 79 TV station web sites including WNBC.com (New York), NBC4.tv (Los Angeles) and TheBostonChannel.com.
